We are seeking a qualified and experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties located in Washington, DC. This role is responsible for managing approximately 107 residential units and supporting the full scope of day-to-day property operations. Responsibilities include tenant relations, maintenance coordination, lease administration, operational oversight, and contributing to portfolio growth initiatives. The Property Manager will report directly to the Regional Property Manager and work closely with internal teams and ownership. While prior experience is valued, we place strong emphasis on drive, accountability, and the ability to perform in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of two properties, ensuring compliance with affordable housing program requirements.
- Manage resident relations, including communication, issue resolution, and maintaining a positive community environment.
- Supervise, train, and support onsite staff.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable affordable housing regulations, company policies, and local/state requirements.
- Manage leasing and lease administration, including applications, certifications, renewals, and move-ins/move-outs.
- Coordinate maintenance operations and ensure timely completion of work orders and preventative maintenance.
- Maintain accurate property records, reports, and documentation.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, ownership, and internal teams.
- Be available to respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.

- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years of residential property/community management experience.
- Professional designations such as Yardi, CPM, ARM, COS, and CAM are required.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently with a diverse range of personalities.
- Service-oriented, reliable, and punctual.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Technologically savvy and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
