Feldman Ruel Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Scheduler who’s main objective is to coordinate the scheduling and execution of in-house maintenance work for our team of floating Maintenance Technicians. In this role, you will monitor the prioritization, escalation, and completion of maintenance tickets across the entire company portfolio. Beyond daily scheduling, you will serve as a key driver for system and process adherence, ensuring that all maintenance operations align with company standards and identifying opportunities for workflow improvement.
- Proven ability to manage the logistics of a “floating” or mobile workforce
- Ability to provide “expertise and clear direction” to site-level teams who may lack maintenance-specific experience
- High proficiency in property management software with a focus on data integrity and process improvement
- Exceptional ability to handle escalations and re-prioritize workflows in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role within the industry
Additional Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (bilingual Spanish/English frequently preferred)
- Reliable high-speed internet and home office setup
- Experience using property management (Yardi) or service dispatch software
- Proficient in Excel
