Mr. Price is an Investment Associate with Feldman Ruel Urban Property Advisors based in the firm’s main office. He specializes in the marketing and sale of commercial properties throughout the City of Baltimore, working extensively with developers and private investors alike. Mr. Price joined Feldman Ruel with a desire to align himself with a strategic, established platform where he could continue his professional growth while playing an integral role in the firm’s continued expansion into the Baltimore market. His broad exposure to multiple facets of the commercial real estate transaction process has provided him with a well-rounded perspective and valuable industry insight that benefits his clients throughout every stage of a transaction. Beginning his commercial real estate career in 2022 with a national brokerage firm, Mr. Price was a member of the Tenant Representation Leasing Team in Baltimore, where he provided broad-based advisory services to occupier clients. In early 2024, he transitioned to another national brokerage firm to focus on investment sales and development-related assignments, where he co-led the Investment Sales team serving the greater Baltimore-Washington, D.C. region across a diverse range of asset classes and product types. Licensed in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and Washington, D.C., Mr. Price brings a regional perspective and market versatility to his role. His experience in leasing, investment sales, and development allows him to provide thoughtful guidance tailored to each client’s specific objectives. Mr. Price earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the College of Charleston School of Business. In his free time, he enjoys rooting his hometown teams, the Baltimore Ravens and Baltimore Orioles.
