Investment Associate
Mr. Shure specializes in the marketing and sale of urban properties throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. He has a knack for helping clients capitalize on the untapped value of their commercial real estate investments and as such he spends the majority of his time in some of the District’s more emerging markets including Brookland and Woodridge along with the Benning Road and Rhode Island Avenue corridors. He joined Feldman Ruel following a successful stint in business development with a technology/financial services firm. While Mr. Shure displays a natural aptitude for business development, his longer-term interest in commercial real estate eventually led him to Feldman Ruel where his skillset and interests align. His approach to client service is rooted in three simple concepts: clear and open communication, paying attention to the details, and building trust through long-term relationships. Mr. Shure understands the value of being a professional and treating every client like a partner in the representation process. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Johns Hopkins University where he later also obtained a Master’s degree in Corporate & Non-Profit Communications. During his time at Johns Hopkins University, he was a valued member of its Division I (D1) Lacrosse team where he was repeatedly recognized as a top performing student athlete. Mr. Shure continues to be involved with the sport at the local level as he currently coaches a nearby high school team. When he’s not working or playing sports, he enjoys exploring the local food scene and spending time outdoors.
