Investment Associate
Mr. Plante joined Feldman Ruel to focus on the marketing and sale of multifamily properties from Washington, D.C to central Virginia. A fourth-generation commercial real estate professional, Mr. Plante also brings with him years of experience in the capital markets sector including time at JLL and Burke & Herbert Bank where he helped arrange debt and equity solutions for investors of numerous property types including multifamily. His exposure to this segment of the industry allows him to provide clients with a unique perspective throughout the commercial real estate investment lifecycle and act as a valued advisor in assisting with strategic decision-making. Despite his local roots, Mr. Plante attended Lehigh University where he played division I lacrosse before transferring to Connecticut College to complete his bachelor’s degree in finance and economics. Away from the office, he enjoys coaching youth football, rooting for the Washington Commanders, and fishing in Frederick County.
