Mr. Eisen joined Feldman Ruel after relocating to the area following the completion of a role in the financing sector in New York City. He focuses on the marketing and sale of commercial properties in central Virginia, with an emphasis on multifamily investment sales in the greater Richmond area. During his professional career, Mr. Eisen has developed and demonstrated a skillset which lends itself extremely well to commercial real estate investment sales. His ability to connect with people and meet them where they are allows him to leverage his analytical skills to accurately analyze commercial properties and then convey that message of value to both sellers and buyers alike. In an effort to be closer to family and loved ones, Mr. Eisen joined Feldman Ruel where he benefits from the resources, track record, and relationships the firm has developed through decades of experience as a leader in the industry. Mr. Eisen graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing, where he was also a member of the school’s baseball team. In his free time, Mr. Eisen enjoys playing golf and traveling. His favorite trip was to South Africa with Japan being next on his list. He is also an avid fan of his beloved Washington Nationals and Capitals.
