The buyer, Hansik Enterprises L.L.C., was represented by Anna Ensley of Samson Properties. Hansik Enterprises L.L.C., in partnership with Dalgaebi Conference House, will be bringing a new fine dining concept to the space. Dalgaebi is renowned for its traditional Korean cuisine in Seoul, catering to busy professionals, delivering hearty and healthy Korean food.
